1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FD.Bingo (the "Service"), operated by FD.Bingo ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization (such as a government agency, fire department, police department, or other entity), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.
2. Description of Service
FD.Bingo provides a secure link management platform designed for public safety agencies. The Service allows authorized users to create, manage, and share curated link pages with anti-phishing protections, endpoint health monitoring, and audit logging.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and affiliated with a legitimate public safety agency or government entity to use this Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.
4. Account Registration and Security
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and two-factor authentication credentials
- Accept all responsibility for activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We require two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. You must not disable, circumvent, or share your 2FA credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to maintain adequate security controls.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to circumvent link validation, anti-phishing protections, or other security features
- Upload, post, or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Use the Service to distribute phishing links, spam, or deceptive content
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use URL shorteners or link obfuscation techniques to bypass security controls
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
6. Subscriptions and Payment
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- Billing: You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) at the then-current rate
- Price changes: We may change subscription fees upon 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in a billing period
- Free tier: We offer a free tier with limited features. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free tier at any time
- Downgrades: If you downgrade your plan, feature limits will be enforced. You may lose access to features or data that exceed your new plan's limits
All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FD.Bingo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service (such as link descriptions, category names, and agency branding). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Custom Domains
If you use a custom domain with the Service, you represent and warrant that you own or have proper authorization to use that domain. You are responsible for maintaining your domain registration and DNS configuration. We may require DNS verification to confirm domain ownership. We are not responsible for domain expiration, DNS misconfigurations, or any issues arising from your domain provider.
9. Data and Content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all links and content you add to the Service. While our guarded link types provide anti-phishing protections, the Service does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or availability of any third-party websites or services linked through your page.
We log link changes, including the identity of the user making the change, timestamp, and the nature of the change. These logs are maintained for security and compliance purposes.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
Our health monitoring feature checks the availability of third-party endpoints linked through your page. This monitoring is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute any guarantee of third-party service availability.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
While we implement anti-phishing protections and link validation, we do not guarantee that all malicious links will be detected or blocked. Security features reduce risk but cannot eliminate it entirely. You remain responsible for your own security practices.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall FD.Bingo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (e) any phishing, security breach, or unauthorized access to third-party systems accessed through links managed by the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FD.Bingo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; (d) any content you submit or make available through the Service; or (e) any claim that content you submitted caused damage to a third party.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account data, including links, categories, and configurations, after a reasonable retention period
- Any outstanding fees remain due and payable
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, either party may proceed with formal proceedings.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FD.Bingo regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral.
